Adrian York is Britain's top solo event pianist and combines wide experience with a varied repertoire and stylish presentation. He has performed in New York, London, Paris, Tokyo and Los Angeles and at Buckingham Palace where he played in front of the Queen, Tony Blair and Prince Charles. Playing all of your favourite tunes in his inimitable style, Adrian York’s repertoire ranges from Ragtime to Ray Charles, Irving Berlin to the Beatles, Gershwin to Norah Jones

Adrian started his career in the popular 1980s boyband Roman Holliday and for many years was the musical face of the JAZZ FM radio station as musical director for their live events division. In recent years, amongst his distinguished career as a composer, arranger and producer, Adrian has also performed with Europe’s top cabaret diva Barb Jungr, the “Neasden Queen of Soul” Mari Wilson, and as M.D. for the show Girl Talk which features Mari and Barb alongside British jazz star Claire Martin.

Adrian can be booked either as a solo artist or in duo, trio, quartet or quintet formats with featured singers/instrumentalists on request. Also available is the 12 piece Rhythm, Blues and Soul Review.    

Adrian also runs creative jazz workshops for corporate clients with a focus on creativity, communication and leadership: these include regular sessions for clients such as Disney.

Previously known as the Jazz FM Quartet/Quintet the band is fronted by Adrian York and features top British musicians such as Mornington Lockett (ex Ronnie Scott’s band) and Winston Clifford ('probably the finest jazz drummer in the UK’ - The Observer). Combining standards from the Great American Songbook with classics of modern jazz, the band delivers a highly entertaining, accessible and humorous evening’s entertainment. Guest singers can be booked to appear with the band including Mari Wilson and Tina May.
 
The Dinner Dance Quartet/ Quintet

As featured in London’s Evening Standard newspaper dinner-dance is back! Fronted by the stylish Lady Caroline this band will force you on your feet to tango, waltz, jive and boogie until the early hours.
 
The Rhythm Blues and Soul Revue 

A dynamic show delivered by the full 12 piece including five horns, three singers and optional star guest vocalists leading  the band through the best range of classic R &B from the days of Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Etta James, Louis Jordan, and the Stax and Atlantic record catalogues. The band has been a hit at theatres and events throughout the UK headlining at events such as the Epsom Derby and with guest vocalists including Ruby Turner, Paul Jones, Geno Washington and soul legend Edwin Starr.
